Hurricane Rita

I just wanted to thank everyone who wrote to me expressing their concern and well-wishes regarding Hurricane Rita.  We were lucky here in San Antonio as Rita turned out to be a non-issue for us.  Others weren’t so lucky.  As with the victims of Hurricane Katrina, those affected by Rita could sure use our support.  Yes, the damage wasn’t nearly as widespread as was predicted, but for those directly affected, that is little consolation.

Again, thanks to all who wrote to me.  I’ve tried to respond to each one of you, but if I missed anyone, please accept my apologies and know that your thoughts and prayers were much appreciated.
