Critics and clowns

I have been asked to reconsider my stance against The Secret.

Apparently those involved with the movie are serving a noble cause and those of us against it are only being negative.

In other words, we are serving no purpose other than to tear down well-intentioned people.

For me, this begs two questions.

Since when did standing up for the truth become negative?

And two…

Since when did selling false hope become noble?

I will not hold my breath waiting for the answers.

Instead, as I continue to fight the good fight, I will keep reminding myself of these timeless words of wisdom:

The truth shall set you free.
The Secret will leave you broke.
Unless you’re one who sells it.
But then you become a joke.
